This class will include an introduction into kitchen health and safety.  We will also explore fun foods and fine cuisine.  Get ready to have fun, prepare delicious food, and enjoy a kitchen experience like you never have before.  

Prepare to explore the wonderful world of sign language.  This course will provide the basic skills of sign language and assist you to explore a skill that can assist your diversity of a language of how to speak without verbally speaking. 

This course is designed to assist students in a range of financial issues.  Some of these include scholarship research, investing in the stock market, how to effectively save money and have your money work for you, along with other financial skills to assist you in the future. 

Students will be provided with basic mechanical skills to include, how to change a tire, checking and changing fluids, brake and rotor repair along with other skills to assist in maintaining a vehicle.

An introduction into aquarium set up and maintenance.  We will explore how to set up and maintain fresh and saltwater aquariums.  You will also learn about marine life and fish health.

This course will provide students with vocational skills that will last a lifetime.  Some areas covered will be drywall installation and repair, basic electrical skill, and plumbing skills to include sink and toilet installation and repair.

This course will provide the ins and outs of beginning and maintaining a successful business.  Students will hear from several local business owners as well as receive hands-on experience with business owners.  Students will also be shown how to set up their own business.
